Five working prototypes — four Power Apps Canvas apps and one Copilot Studio assistant. Each one comes with the technical design document I wrote for it and a short video of it running.
An internal assistant that answers employee questions from the staff handbook and social media policy. It uses retrieval-augmented generation to find the relevant passages, combine them, and cite where each answer came from — and it is deliberately scoped to HR policy rather than built as a general-purpose chatbot.
A ticketing prototype for logging customer issues and finding them again. Staff raise a ticket, the record is stored against an Excel Online table, and a search screen retrieves existing tickets by their details.
A delivery-request app covering the whole small loop: capture the customer's name, address and phone, record quantity, delivery option and whether the items are fragile, then save and search the results. Three screens — welcome, entry and search — with navigation between them.
A single-screen booking form that takes contact details, guest and room requirements, check-in and check-out dates, and any special requests. It validates the customer name and email before confirming, so the stored records stay consistent enough to work from later.
The smallest of the five, and the clearest: one screen that takes an employee ID, name, phone number and department, writes a single record to the data source, and clears itself ready for the next entry. Every on-screen input maps to a named column.
